Eating is a spiritual practice, which for many of us is the work of a lifetime. Judaism offers us much guidance on mindful eating. This short course will offer us an opportunity to learn, un-learn, and re-learn our own indigenous Jewish wisdom on how to eat in peace. We do this in service of our own wellbeing, in gratitude to the Source of All Life, and in the spirit of generosity so that we can share our sense of nourishment and abundance with others.
