Few people — if any — have touched the lives of literally thousands of members, as Henry Schaffer has. For more than 60 (!) years, Henry has volunteered as Floor Gabbai of Beth Meyer Synagogue, in addition to holding numerous leadership positions, and he has done so with tremendous heart, knowledge, and commitment. We invite you to join us for a celebratory brunch as we raise a glass to Henry, who retired in December from Floor Gabbai duties, and give thanks for his unparalleled contributions to our ritual life.
