Please submit your proposed event details at least four weeks in advance. This gives the staff time to see if there are any date conflicts, publicize the event, and work out the details with you!

Reminders for In-Person Events

-Setup Sheet: If your event will be in the Social Hall or Beit Am, please pick up a setup sheet/floor plan from the program manager or the main office.
-Ushering: Since our buildings are locked, you will need to have a volunteer stationed at the door to let people in.  
-Flyer: If you have created a flyer, please email a PDF or Canva link to Ana Pugatch (anap@bethmeyer.org). 
-Publicity: We will promote the event in the weekly newsletter three weeks out from the event. As part of our communications policy, we do not promote events sooner in order to fairly publicize each event. You can submit an event blurb to Lauren, our Communications Manager. 
-Following Kashrut: All food brought into Beth Meyer’s kitchens must be dairy/parve. Please familiarize yourself with our kashrut and allergy policy, found here
-Technology: The use of technology during events is subject to Beth Meyer’s minhagim, or community practices (e.g., no technology/writing during Shabbat). If you have questions about our practices, please email Ana Pugatch.
