Rituals are important to human life and they are everywhere — from our morning coffee to our bedtime routine. Judaism is highly ritualized and offers us a myriad of ways to sanctify moments in time and help us move adaptively through life with wisdom and meaning. This drop-in class taught by Rabbi Jenny invites us to explore why rituals are so powerful and to consider how we might use Jewish spiritual technology to create “new" rituals along with finding new meaning in “old” ones.
