Sefirat HaOmer 5783- Counting the Omer 2023
From Pesah through Shavuot in May, we observe a centering practice called counting the Omer. The psalmist says, “Give us the wisdom to count our days,” and during this time of uncertainty and waiting, our Omer practice will guide us in finding meaning in each day. Each session, we will gather for a short time to introduce the theme of the new week of the Omer, offer inspiration for practice, and share personal reflections.
