NOTE: For our March 4 gathering only, our Shabbat Shorashim service will conclude with our own kiddush and hamotzi blessings in the Beit Am (as opposed to previous gatherings in the main sanctuary). In addition, we will be hosting kiddush lunch in the Satisky building especially for our Shorashim attendees.
Shabbat Shorashim (Roots) is a new Shabbat morning offering that combines music, movement, and community — designed for families with infants, toddlers, and preschool students. These experiences will allow young children and their grown-ups to connect with one another in the spirit of Shabbat. Each gathering will conclude in the main sanctuary, as our entire Shabbat community joins together for kiddush and challah, as well as Shabbat lunch in the Social Hall. All are welcome to stay, eat, and schmooze. These events are open to the whole community, including non-members of Beth Meyer Synagogue. Bring your friends!
