Sunday, February 13, 2022 12 Adar I 5782

8:00 AM - 11:00 PM

Purim is coming Wed., March 16, 2022 and so are the Mishloach Manot (Purim goodie bags)! Don’t miss out on Sisterhood's newest fundraiser and opportunity to surprise Beth Meyer friends and fellow congregants with a reusable and insulated bag filled with hamantaschen, groggers, and yummy treats to fulfill the mitzvah of sending at least two different types of food to others to commemorate the Purim feast. Proceeds of the fundraiser benefit our Jewish community.

Keep items hot or cold with this premium, insulated lunch-style tote with zipper closure, mesh pocket on one gusset, non-woven pocket on opposite gusset, business card or name badge holder, dual reinforced 20" handles, 2 bottle holders inside bag, and plastic bottom insert.

Check your email from Monday, Jan. 3, entitled “Beth Meyer Community wide Purim Project” from Beth Meyer Synagogue Sisterhood ( with a special personalized link and full instructions on ordering and payment options. Please check your spam filters if you did not receive it.

Here's How It Works:

This works through a simple-to-use online system. There are three ways to participate:

  • Option 1: Honoring the Entire Congregation
Donate $180 (Sponsorship) and your name will be included on the Mishloah Manot insulated gift bag with goodies given to every congregant/sisterhood member.
  • The above image portrays suggested use only and is not representative of items included in this fundraiser.
Option 2 – Honoring Individual Congregants
Donate $18 for each member you would like to acknowledge, and your name will be included on the Mishloah Manot insulated gift bag with goodies given to them.
  • Option 3 – No email address available
Don’t have an email address? Please contact Lynn or Eileen (emails listed below), and they will be happy to manually add your request. You will be able to follow the instructions accordingly.

Online payments should be made by using PayPal. Checks should be mailed to Beth Meyer Sisterhood, 504 Newton Road, Raleigh, North Carolina 27615 noting Mishloah Manot in the subject.

If you have any questions regarding this project, please feel free to contact Lynn Samberg at or Eileen Shulman at

The deadline for Mishloach Manot orders will be Sunday, February 13. We hope that you will participate in this mitzvah project to make it a huge success! Chag Purim Sameach!
