Sisterhood Introduction to the Art of Paper Cutting

2:00 PM - 4:00 PMZoomJoin Sisterhood in fulfilling Hiddur Mitzvah (beautification of the commandment or ritual) by learning the traditional Jewish folk art of papercutting. We will celebrate the upcoming holiday of Shavuot, which commemorates the giving of the Torah at Mount Sinai, by making our own specially designed Eytz Chaim (Tree of Life) papercut.
All supplies will be included and are yours to keep after the class; pickup of kits will be in North Raleigh near the shul. A variety of background papers will also be included for mounting your papercut.
Cost: Sisterhood members, $18; non-Sisterhood members, $25
