There are numerous things that affect our health — certainly our genes play a roll — but there are many things we can do that can affect healthy outcomes because of what we put in, on, and around our body. Join Debbie Orol, BSN, Certified Holistic Health Coach, as she shares some simple tips to live a healthier life.
Please register whether you will be attending in-person or via Zoom. A Zoom link is sent upon registration.
About our speaker:
Debbie Orol worked as a Registered Nurse for over 25 years. Having experienced her own bout of gastrointestinal issues, she began a quest to understand how we can take control of or own health. Not wanting to succumb to a lifetime of medication, she began to explore how an integrative approach to wellness could help both herself and others. In 2011 she graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as a Certified Health Coach and has been teaching others how simple changes can effect their health outcomes.
