Bereishit, the very first parashat (Torah portion), is instructive for our relationship with earth and the natural world. On Shabbat Bereishit, members Arthur and Anya Gordon will present their and others’ volunteer work with Triangle Dayenu Circle, a Raleigh chapter of a national nonprofit organizing American Jews to confront the climate crisis, and encourage each of us to play a part in our planet’s healing.
