Guidelines for Submissions to the Weekly Email

Beth Meyer Synagogue sends an electronic bulletin to over 900 recipients on Wednesday afternoons. To submit an announcement, complete this form before 5 p.m. on Monday.

Coverage in the Weekly Email starts three weeks before an event or registration deadline, whichever is sooner. Priority is given to time-sensitive announcements.

Please note that the maximum word count is 75. Communications staff reserve these rights: (1) to edit submissions that exceed this count or do not conform with community standards; and (2) to delay publication as needed to manage the content and volume of submissions.

Announcements received from parties external to the Synagogue are vetted for relevance to the Membership and alignment with the Synagogue’s mission and activities. Vendor solicitations are not accepted.
