Guidelines for Submissions to the Weekly Email

Beth Meyer Synagogue sends an electronic bulletin to over 900 recipients on Wednesday afternoons. To submit an announcement, complete this form before 5 p.m. on Monday.

There are two types of coverage we accept:

Event: We will begin promotion three weeks before an event or registration deadline, whichever is sooner.
Announcement: We will promote your announcement for one week. Priority is given to time-sensitive announcements. If you would like the announcement to be considered for an additional publication run, please resubmit your announcement via this form after it appears in our publication.

Please submit only one event OR announcement on this form. For more than one event or announcement, please fill out the form again.

The maximum word count is 75. Communications staff reserve these rights: (1) to edit submissions that exceed this count or do not conform with community standards; and (2) to delay publication as needed to manage the content and volume of submissions.

Announcements received from parties external to the Synagogue are vetted for relevance to the Membership and alignment with the Synagogue’s mission and activities. Vendor solicitations are not accepted.
