The Congregational Meeting will be held on Monday, June 13, at 7 p.m. and we will vote on:

•Approval of a plan of merger to statutorily merge Beth Meyer Preschool, Inc. into Beth Meyer Synagogue, Inc.
•Amendment of the constitution and by-laws
•Enactment of a budget for the 2022-23 fiscal year, which starts on August 1
•Election of officers and trustees.

Only members in good standing are permitted to vote at the Annual Meeting. If you are not sure of your standing, please contact the office at (919) 848-1420 as soon as possible. Proxy votes are not permitted; however, you may obtain absentee ballots from the office beginning on June 7.
