Kadima
Kadima is a Hebrew word meaning "forward." Kadima is the international youth organization for Jewish pre-teens. Sponsored by the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism, Kadima offers programs through local Conservative congregations, including Beth Meyer. This group is designed for middle school students and marks the beginning of their growth as Jewish teenagers. Programs focus on social, ritual and social action themes. Activities include:
- Games
- Sports
- Israel
- Arts & Crafts
- Conventions (with kids from NC, VA, MD, and DC.)
- Holiday Celebrations
- Cultural Activities
- Social Action Projects
