Gather, learn, and eat at our Sunday Brunch Speaker Series, where you'll satisfy your appetite and your soul. Our Sunday Brunch Speaker Series is open to the community. Brunches are free for members; we kindly request a donation with a suggested amount of $18 for community members.
Sunday mornings, Oct. 15, Nov. 12, Feb. 18, Apr. 7*; 10 a.m.-noon
- Oct. 15: Jim Duley Doerfler, Steve and Pilar LaSala, Robin Talley, and Michael Bailey will present Diaspora Jews and Israel. Beth Meyer members will share personal reflections on their experiences from the Beth Meyer Israel Experience.
- Nov. 12: Arthur Gordon will present The Well Fed Garden — Community, Sustainability, Healthy Food, and Mental Health
- Feb. 18: Jonathan Kramer will present The Growth of the Carolina Hurricanes. Learn how the Canes have come to thrive in a small, non-traditional hockey market and how the community has rallied around them.
- Apr. 7: Speaker TBA. *The Apr. 7 “brunch” will take place at 3:30 p.m.
