Senior Luncheon: Black Sabbath — The History and Connections Between Jewish and Black Music

There are many parallels in the histories of Black and Jewish people. Senior adults are invited to join us for lunch, socializing, and a presentation from Rabbi Michael Eisenstein how our pasts help define our musical influences. Listen to some interesting collaborations and interpretations of Jewish music and Black musicians and singers.

$5 donation to the Honey & Perry Levine Memorial Fund for Senior Programs at Beth Meyer Synagogue is appreciated.
