One way we can connect to each other, spiritually and physically, is to perform mitzvot— both acts of Jewish ritual observance and acts of loving kindness for others. In past years, we invited you to place stickers next to a list of “mitzvah opportunities” as part of a spiritual pledge card connected to the “Kol Nidre Appeal.” This year, we invite you to fill out your spiritual pledge card here with this simple form. In this way, you set an intention for yourself for spiritual growth and service in the year to come. This also allows us to reach out to you to help you fulfill your intentions.
