Mindfulness Kabbalat Shabbat

Shabbat is mindfulness practice! Join us for an intimate, monthly Mindfulness Kabbalat Shabbat service as we enter Shabbat with prayerful silence, deep reflection, and soulful chanting and singing. Mindfulness Kabbalat Shabbat will take place one Friday night a month at 6:30 PM in the chapel and will last approximately 45 minutes. Whether you have a regular meditation practice or are exploring mindfulness for the first time, all are welcome. If you are looking for a deeply spiritual and quiet place to unwind after a long week and enter the soulful realm of Shabbat, please join us!

Shababa!
Shabbat, Dec 14th 10:30a to 11:30a
Shababa! is a Shabbat morning service for families with children up through 2nd grade (siblings are invited to join as well). This engaging, half-hour service is led by Rabbi Jenny Solomon. Shababa! begins at 10:30AM in the Shabbat Tot room on the lower level of the main building. Families are encouraged to attend the main service which begins at 9:30AM. If desired, our Tot Shabbat room opens at 9:30AM for children from 2 years through 1st grade. Following services, everyone is invited to stay for Kiddush luncheon in the main building.

Restorative Yoga: Hanukkah

Restorative yoga is appropriate for everyone; no previous yoga experience is required. This is a class of embodied spiritual practice in which participants are invited to "fill their cups" with wholeness and peace. Props are provided, but please bring a mat if you have one. We encourage you to sign up for the entire series, but drop-ins to individual sessions are welcome.
