Biblical scholars often use source criticism as a tool to explain the Torah’s duplications, literary discontinuities, and contradictions. In this class, we’ll explore how scholars and rabbis explain the Torah’s literary incoherence, and then we’ll become source critics as we read the Torah. This learning experience will allow you to develop a deeper understanding of Judaism, Jewish history, and the Torah’s wisdom. Taught by Will Brown.

This class is for Beth Meyer congregants only.
